Who is Liggy?

Daniel V. Ligman born in 1928 is from Chicago, Illinois.

Attended Depaul University, obtained a B.A. in philosophy. Attended law schools at Northwestern University and University of Miami.

Worked as an insurance adjuster, examiner and claim manager for eight years.

The founder of Ligman, Martin, P.L.

Active trial attorney in Florida for over fifty years. Successfully tried over three hundred jury trials.

AV rated in Martindale-Hubbell.

Dan enjoys working everyday with his faithful companions, comptroller Steven V. Ligman and trial attorneys Joe, James and Chris Ligman; together with the entire competent staff.

A client calls up his insurance agent and tells him he needs to file a claim. The agent says “Tell me what happened?” The client tells him and the agent says, “I'm sorry but that's not covered.” The client says, “Well let me explain better what happened.” The agent says, “I'm sorry but that's not covered either.” The client says, “I'll tell you what, you tell me what's covered and I'll tell you how it happened!”
